My Time At Relias!

During my time as a Social Media Intern at Relias, I was able to bring a lot of ideas to life, from creating graphics and short-form videos to jumping in on campaigns and scheduling posts. I leaned into trends, had fun with the content, and focused on what would actually connect with early-career nurses (which led to some pretty exciting growth along the way). Below are a few of my favorite projects that show both my creative side and the results behind it.

Push 20%. {Giveaway}

Some ideas start with a brainstorm. This one started at a red light.

On my drive home, I found myself wondering: What if a giveaway could save you? That question snowballed into a full campaign concept, a script, a set, and ultimately one of my favorite videos I created at Relias. There's something especially rewarding about taking an idea from a single thought to a finished piece of content people can engage with.

Nurse Appreciation Campaign

During this campaign, our goal was to create fun, engaging videos for nurses while promoting our $2,000 giveaway, because after a 12-hour shift, the last thing nurses want is a boring video. We wanted each video to be entertaining enough to keep people from scrolling, while also naturally highlighting the giveaway throughout. For these videos, we used trends and niche audience interest to drive engagment!

Like many people this summer, we were hooked on Love Island, which inspired my idea for Nurse Island. This twice-weekly series featured fun questions about nurses' specialties, hospital red and green flags, and break room "bombshells," helping us connect with our audience in a lighthearted and engaging way.

Audience Research.

This video focused on a timely trending sound and turned into a raving success as our video with the 2nd highest click rate in 60 days

CE Memberships

At Nurse.com, continuing education (CE) is a core part of our brand. When creating content around our CE offerings, I focused on adapting trending audio and social media trends into engaging, relatable videos that felt native to the platforms our audience already enjoys. By meeting nurses where they already spend their free time, we made educational content more approachable, entertaining, and likely to capture their attention.
